Summary

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has identified further progress in UBS’s resolvability and continues to view a resolution as feasible. However, there is a need for greater optionality, which will also require legislative changes. UBS’s emergency plan largely fulfils the current statutory requirements.
